ASHLAND -- Police Chief Roy Melnick is taking home a $90,000 severance package after agreeing to resign over what officials are calling philosophical differences.

Doctors making final deliveries 
LEOMINSTER -- Doctors Jung-Ming Chen and Hee Man Chie have delivered more than 10,000 babies during their careers in Leominster obstetrics. Both doctors -- some of the last private-practice OB/GYN physicians in the area -- are retiring this week.
