Repercussions of tunnel tragedy 



The death of Milena DelValle, whether from a freak accident inside the I-90 tunnel Monday night or due to criminal negligence on the part of contractors, will have lasting ramifications: It is something that will be on the minds of every driver and passenger entering Boston's tunnel network for years to come, and something that will boost the perception that the Big Dig is a $15 billion
