Jessica case: Court refuses to pass order on doctor's plea
New Delhi: The Delhi High Court Friday referred the bail application of a Chandigarh-based doctor who had allegedly issued a fake medical certificate to an accused in the Jessica Lal murder case, to a division bench hearing the Delhi Police's appeal against acquittals in the case.
