Local Program Gets Federal Grant

Judge Postpones Spahalski Trial
A judge has postponed the murder trial of a Rochester man accused of killing four people. Robert Spahalski's trial was scheduled to start July 31st. The delay is so Spahalski's lawyer can decide whether to offer an insanity defense.
