Romney Seeks State Oversight Of Big Dig 
Three days after a Boston woman was killed in a Big Dig tunnel ceiling collapse, Gov. Mitt Romney announced Thursday that he was filing emergency legislation that would give the executive branch the power to oversee inspection of the ceiling structure of the Interstate 90 Connector and determine when the tunnel can reopen to traffic.
