Mitsubishi Chem has cracker restart problem-source 



TOKYO, Sept 12 (Reuters) - Mitsubishi Chemical Corp. has a problem with the restart of its 375,000 tonne per year (tpy) naphtha cracker in eastern Japan and it will not return to full capacity by Wednesday as planned, an industry source said on Tuesday.
